Unclaimed means no real estate agent has established ownership. A claim is pending until identity and the connection to the real estate agent are checked. License verification means the attributed regulator record was checked. Brokerage and transaction verification require separate evidence.
Confidence is about a fact
Source-match confidence describes how confidently a field matches its cited record. It does not measure service quality, future results, character, or consumer satisfaction.
Self-reported information stays labeled
A real estate agent may supply a biography, languages, and website after ownership verification. These edits do not overwrite independently sourced license or transaction history. Conflicts enter the correction queue.
Freshness matters
A verification is a dated observation. Stale facts are labeled for refresh, and the authoritative regulator should always be consulted before relying on license status.
