Three distinct evidence levels

• Transaction verified: a transaction relationship has been independently checked.
• Email verified: the reviewer controls an email account; the transaction itself has not been verified.
• Third-party source: imported only where reuse is authorized, with its original source and verification limits.

What we allow

Specific, firsthand, honest accounts of real estate agent services. Both positive and negative experiences are welcome. Keep private contact information, property access details, and other sensitive personal information out of your review.

What we moderate

Duplicate text, suspicious submission patterns, impersonation, undisclosed conflicts, harassment, and unrelated content. Moderation never uses low ratings alone as a reason to suppress a review. Agents cannot delete customer reviews.

Corrections and responses

Real estate agents can respond and request policy review. Material disputes are recorded with reasons, and evidence is preserved. Read the correction policy.
