The planned revenue model charges for optional real estate agent tools. The pricing page identifies which plans and features are available. Basic profiles and evidence-based verification do not require payment. Claiming is free when account and claim services are available; applying to the network does not automatically grant a profile or ownership. No purchase buys ranking position.
Editorial independence
The relevance service does not read subscription or billing tables. Paid status cannot add transaction evidence, remove a negative review, or turn an unsupported specialty into a verified one.
Advertising
No paid placement is currently included in editorial results. If advertising is offered later, it will be clearly labeled and visually separated from independent discovery.
