Our navigation covers all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Our initial public agent cohorts come from licensing sources in Texas, California, and New York. Those records are a limited starting point, not a complete directory or a measure of market share. Local research guides can be available in places where we do not yet have agent profiles.
Evidence has a scope
A license source can establish real estate agent identity and reported license status at a particular time. It does not establish sales volume, client satisfaction, neighborhood expertise, or whether someone is the right fit for you. We keep individual and team claims, reporting periods, source dates, and self-reported information distinct. Missing evidence stays visible as a gap.
Useful local context
Our city guides bring together dated Census estimates and practical local resources, such as official planning and property information. Each guide explains its geographic boundary and source period. A historical estimate of owner-occupied home value is not a current sale-price forecast, and a city statistic does not describe every neighborhood or property.
Independent by design
Payment does not affect editorial relevance, verification, or review moderation. Claiming a profile establishes an authorized connection to the real estate agent; it does not give its owner control of independent source evidence. Automated research supports collection and review, but generated claims are not a substitute for evidence. We do not promise leads, sales, search rankings, or AI citations.
Accountability and corrections
Sources can change and records can be wrong. You can report a correction, a source concern, a privacy request, or a problem using the site without creating an account. Requests enter review; they do not automatically change a profile or grant ownership.

AgentCerta is not a brokerage and does not represent buyers or sellers. Check the current regulator record, ask for evidence relevant to your transaction, and discuss services and agreements directly with the real estate agent. Our information supports that research.
