Good records can be corrected.

Tell us what is inaccurate and supply evidence. We preserve source history and log the resolution.

You can contact AgentCerta about a correction, source concern, review dispute, or privacy request without an account. Include the page URL, explain what needs review, and add a public authoritative source when relevant. Requests stay private and do not automatically change a record or grant profile ownership. Do not send passwords, payment details, or identity documents.

New account registration is not open yet. The public contact form remains available. Existing verified account holders can also use a profile's correction form.

To use the signed-in profile workflow, find a profile and choose “Report a correction” in its sources section. You can also use Contact for a concern that does not relate to a specific profile.

Review disputes

Reviews can be reported for impersonation, conflicts of interest, personal information, or other policy violations. Disagreement with a negative opinion is not grounds for removal. Real estate agents may publish a response.

Resolution

Requests are tracked in the operations queue. If evidence conflicts, the affected fact remains qualified or unpublished until the conflict is resolved. Claim ownership never gives permission to delete independent evidence.
