AgentCerta is not a real estate brokerage and does not represent buyers or sellers. Information supports research and comparison; it is not a recommendation to engage a particular real estate agent or a promise of transaction results. Confirm current license status and evaluate real estate agent agreements independently.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only profiles you are authorized to manage. Do not impersonate a real estate agent, submit fabricated reviews, misuse personal information, defeat access controls, or interfere with the service.
Contributions
Submit only information you have the right to provide. You authorize AgentCerta to display and process your submitted real estate agent information, reviews, and answers as needed to operate the service. You remain responsible for factual accuracy and required disclosures. Moderation is governed by the Review Policy.
Source data and corrections
Public records can be incomplete or outdated. Each source retains its applicable rights. Attribution identifies origin, not endorsement. Submit disputes or source concerns through Contact without an account, or use an available profile correction workflow. A submission does not automatically alter an independent source record. Do not rely on a cached profile as a substitute for an authoritative regulator check.
Subscriptions
Paid plans, when activated, disclose the recurring price and terms in checkout. Customers can manage or cancel through the payment provider’s billing portal. Payment does not affect editorial relevance, review moderation, or evidentiary standards.
Availability and changes
Features and source coverage may change. The service may restrict abusive accounts or remove content that violates its policies while retaining records required for provenance and dispute handling. Material policy changes will be dated on the affected page.
Limits
The service is provided subject to the rights and protections that apply in your jurisdiction. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Source information should be independently checked before a significant real estate decision.
